Dr Raj Gnanaiah is a Consultant Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with extensive experience providing highly specialised psychological assessments and interventions in Clinical, Counselling and Occupational settings, including the National Crime Agency (NCA), NHS, private and charity sectors. He specialises in the prevention and treatment of psychological harm caused by exposure to extreme online material, and in clinical and occupational risk assessment, management and mitigation.
Paul Phillips is a Consultant & Business Development Manager, advising on child safeguarding and occupational health strategies. He has been a public servant working within the National Crime Agency as head of Occupational Health, responsible for mental health, wellbeing and health and safety strategies, and has held senior positions including head of NCA operational standards and operational lead for CEOP.
